OS different bands

Is it true anyone getting a season ticket for the new OS will only get band 5, as the lowers bands have already been sold to season ticket holders?.

I had my appointment today. There are only a very few band 3s lefts if any at all by now, none together from what I saw. Band 2 and 4 were available as that's what my group looked at.

I heard it was band 4 only as the others had sold out.

It might have changed but on my phone call, they said all bands except band 1 were available
